1)一旦在日拍迷下单之后，不接受任何理由的取消或退货。
2)易碎商品请事先告知本公司之工作人员该商品需加强包装，并承担加强包装所产生之包材费用，必须通过EMS保价方式发货。若商品依然不幸损坏，日拍迷会协助用户从EMS处获得全额赔偿。
3)您必须确保您所购买的物品不在禁运规范之列，无视禁运规范拍下的商品，用户需要承担所有的责任。
4)商品在入境时会接受抽检，被抽检到并且符合海关缴税规定的商品会收到相应的缴税通知单，须由用户自行缴纳。

由于日本乐天大部分商品不支持直接发货到中国，日拍迷提供代下单+转发国内的一条龙服务。
